I just wanted to reach out to you and say “Thank you” for reviewing Rust-Oleum’s policy for me. I presented on Tuesday and got the order yesterday! Whooo hoooo! It truly helped being professional and walking through their entire Drug Free Work Place Program. I know in the sales call many think it’s easier to go in and sell just one item. My approach has been to be thorough, go through my RFP and present the products that fit their needs. I always state in the beginning of the presentation it is A-la-Carte…they can pick and choose any or all of our services! I think we differentiate ourselves by outlining our services…I do know everyone’s sales approaches are different…it’s just my thoughts!
It’s been another great week… 2 nice new businesses including Rust-Oleum of course!!! I also think Generac is coming our way too, she is checking my references this week. They have over 3500 employees!!! They need to start testing in the next 30-60 days before Hurricane season! Whew…crazy busy.. I’m loving my job these days! Within the last 4 weeks I have signed on two clients with Credential Check. I thought you would like to know my experience with them and how the new clients have responded. One client is a small HVAC company – – they will use it a few times each year to provide information for government bids. They were impressed by the ease of use from login to receipt of reports. The other client is a furniture store chain with 16 locations and growing.
They are using this for pre-employment screening (criminal and DMV) – – will use it 2-5 times per month. They were impressed by the rapid response when requesting to add 16 locations and update user entry information. – USAMDT® Franchisee Teri Peterson
Just an FYI, I have a very small FAA company that went through an audit yesterday and it looks like everything from our side went very well. The auditor was critical of our previous results format because he wanted to see very specifically the date the result was verified by the MRO. He wanted to see this:
I showed him a more recent result that has that verbiage. He was happy with that. While in the audit, the auditor called me three times and asked questions that I was able to answer pretty easily and he told me that the drug testing portion of it seemed inline and he was satisfied.
